I need you to clear up something that has been confusing me lately: What's the difference between a policeman and a sheriff? Are they vetted in the same way; get the same training; have the same education? It seems as though the latest killings have been done by sheriffs - and most of them seem to be in the South. I assume these officers have advanced attack weapons thanks to military surplus.
Why do these sheriffs need this war equipment? It only encourages them to use it in dangerous and inappropriate ways!
