I just happened upon this blunder. Apologies if it's already been covered (also trying to detach a bit here, but find it nigh impossible these days). If you've been waiting for Press Sec's stupidity to inadvertently make Trump liable for criminal prosecution, you're in luck:
Have a listen to this compelling case that undermines the SC's presidential immunity, for that ruling specifically details immunity only for "official acts". Ms. Press Sec then goes on record about the other night's flagrantly corrupt crypto dinner, by responding he's doing all this on his personal time -- so everything's just dandy! This blunder looks so genuinely damaging for future litigation, Trump himself was compelled (likely by attorneys) to immediately course correct in public. But the cat's already out of the bag:
