Yesterday’s newsletter addressed threats to democracy by a radicalized GOP and recounted ugly statements made by extremists in the Republican Party. As always, the negative stories attract more attention and occupy more mindshare than they deserve. In truth, the good in America outweighs the bad (by a lot). But the media doesn’t give those stories the coverage they deserve.
This brief note opens the Comment section to all readers. I suggest that members of this community share positive experiences from their efforts to promote democracy and protect the rule of law.
