I know Robert and everyone are telling us how important a big turnout is for Saturday, but it can't be said enough. If you don't like big crowds there are smaller events. Don't be afraid because of what is happening in LA. The No Kings organizing groups have been great about maintaining peaceful events.

Make it fun and festive. Dress up. Wear bright colors, or a clown costume if you have one. A crown from the party store. Bubbles are good. The group line dancing in LA got considerable media coverage. This is not an anti-ICE event. There are times and places for our rage, but for No Kings we're mocking Trump, the wanna be king, so let's have some fun with it. Also, let's show our patriotism with American flags.

Thank you, again, Robert, for your calm insight. Today was just a real shitty day with our wonderful Senator Padilla getting manhandled and then Netanyahu going after Iran. I hope to hell that man ends up at The Hague and I pray I am still alive to witness it. But, today was my 49th wedding anniversary to my husband who I have been with for 55 years. We ordered food in from The Cheesecake Factory and inhaled not 1 but 2 delectable cheesecakes. It was pure decadence and thoroughly enjoyable after a very shitty news day.

By the way, I called Senator Padilla’s office and left a message who much I respected him and how pissed off I was that he was acosted! I also called Patty Murray’s office thanking her for sticking up, in Congress, for our guy. This is WAR, y’all! NO KINGS DAY on Saturday!
